During February, we’ll catch every species of known reef fish, and even though we can’t keep red snapper, we’ll be catching and releasing a number of them. We can, however, keep five or six other species of snapper that are just as good to eat and as much fun to catch. We also will be catching grouper, triggerfish and scamp.
